The training ball that never comes back the same
The Dice is a regulation-weight lacrosse training aid with a faceted, dice-like shape. Every rep off a wall, a rebounder or the turf fires back at an angle you can't predict — so you build real reactions, real hands and real ground-ball instincts instead of rehearsing the same easy catch.
Choose between our Regular and Advanced version, or select a combination of both.

A lacrosse ball that refuses to bounce the same way twice
Same weight and feel as a regulation ball, so your stick and your shot stay honest. The faceted shape is what changes everything: it kicks off walls and turf at angles nobody can plan for, turning solo wall ball into live, game-speed reps.
Throw it like a ball
Regulation weight means your passing motion, your shot and your stick stay exactly the same.
It comes back wrong
Flat faces and hard edges send every bounce off at a new angle — high, low, sideways, never twice the same.
You react, not repeat
Every rep is a live read instead of a rehearsed catch. That's the part that shows up in games.

Why unpredictable reps win games
Proven in the pros. Then everywhere else.
Premier Lacrosse League and Women's Lacrosse League rosters, top NCAA programs, and pros like Colin Kirst and Mitch Dunham keep the Dice in their own warm-up bags — same tool, same reps, whether you're on a pro roster or a driveway wall.

Goalies
Reaction saves you can't cheat. The Dice changes plane mid-flight, so your hands have to lead instead of guess.

Attack
Softer, faster hands in tight. A shape that never arrives flat forces you to adjust instead of stab.

Midfield
Ground balls are the midfield job. The Dice never sits still the way a ball does — so you learn to attack it, not scoop at it.

Defense
Long poles live on loose balls and awkward catches. Train both with one tool.

Youth & High School
It makes wall ball fun enough that kids actually do it. That's the whole trick.

From pros to 2032 grads

A pro goalie's warm-up tool: reaction reps against a ball that refuses to arrive flat.

"I used to think I was good on GBs until I started using the Dice. It is a total game changer making me that much more of a threat on the wings!"

"When I do go back to normal wall ball I always feel more fluid and accurate, which is what I like about the Dice."

Youth goalie working on reaction time

Pro-level stick work, trained with the same unpredictable reps.

D1 midfield reps: ground balls that fight back and catches you can't rehearse.
Questions before you order
Is it the same as a lacrosse ball?
Same weight and feel as a regulation ball, so your stick and shot stay honest. The difference is the faceted shape — it kicks off walls and turf at angles you can't plan for.
Will it wreck my mesh or my wall?
No. It's a solid molded training aid at regulation ball weight — treat it exactly like a ball. It's easier on strings than a hard rubber ball dug out of the mud.
What ages is it for?
Youth through pro. Younger players use it to make wall ball fun; college and pro players use it to sharpen reaction time and ground-ball work.
How many should I get?
One player training solo: 3 or 6. If you hate chasing dice mid-session, get 12. Coaches running stations should figure roughly one per pair of players — 24 for a squad, 60 for a full program.
When does my order ship?
This is a pre-order from the next production run. All pre-orders ship on or around August 25, 2026 — first ordered, first shipped.
What if I don't like it?
30 days. Use it, throw it against a wall, hand it to your team. If it doesn't sharpen your hands, send it back for a refund.
Stop practicing the easy catch
Wall ball is only as good as the ball you throw. Reserve your pack from the next shipment — ships in September
